Accommodation & Airport Transfers
We have negotiated preferential tariffs and made block bookings at the appointed hotels and guest houses. The hotels are located in areas that are near to restaurants. Transport arrangements are offered between the hotels and the Conference Venue (CSIR). Transport is also offered for the conference social events. Accommodation should be booked with Pembury Tours before 31 July 2011 to avoid disappointment and run the risk of accommodation being fully booked in the hotel of their choice.
Airport transfers on arrival and departure between OR Tambo Airport (Johannesburg Airport) and hotels/guesthouses must be pre-booked with Pembury Tours.
All accommodation is based on a per person rate (incl. VAT) and includes breakfast.
