Travel Trade

In addition to providing a bespoke travel service to private visitors to South Africa, Pembury Tours also has a fleet of unmarked vehicles which we use to provide transport services to the travel trade.

Having started offering transfer services to the trade in 1997, we estimate that we have done over 20 million kilometres! Apart from the odd flat tyre, we are proud to say that in the 20 million km's that we have covered, we have not had a single incident that has negatively affected our trade customers - we take our role as service providers to the trade very seriously and we guard our clients' reputation as fiercely as we guard ours.

We are proud national members of SATSA (No. 868) as well as SAACI (No. S1112) and the TravelSmart group.

Without coming across like a politician speaking in "sound bites", we understand that your reputation is affected by your clients' experience of us. Our undertaking to you is that your clients will experience the same level of professionalism from us as they would from you had you transferred them yourself.

Private transfers: With our offices and vehicle depot a mere 2 minutes from Port Elizabeth airport, we are able to respond to last minute bookings and changes in airline flight arrivals. Your clients are always met by a Pembury driver, smartly dressed, holding a welcome board displaying your clients' names as well as your company name. We coach our drivers how to gauge the level of interaction that clients want - sometimes clients want information about the area, the country or their destination whilst at other times they might prefer solitude during their transfer.

Meet & Greet services: What can we say about this? Pretty self explanatory. We meet your clients, then we greet them in a friendly Eastern Cape kind of way... and then hand over documents to them and assist them with whatever questions they might have.

Insurance

All our insurances can be viewed if need be. We have passenger liability to the value of R5 million per vehicle and public liability to the value of R5 million.
