Pembury Tours is in the service industry - we rely entirely on our ability to provide 'top of the curve' service to our clients in order to sustain our business. To achieve this, we need to have both creative as well as analytical capacities.
The creative part is having the right people to create tailor-made itineraries that perfectly suit our clients whilst the analytical side is having the right administrative and organisational capacity to ensure that everything always runs to plan. This requires different personality types in the office, and we believe we have absolutely the right balance - one theory is that it is the good coffee in the office that is the "glue"! The people you see below ARE Pembury - our fancy offices, modern computer systems & software all would mean nothing without the right people.
